- Phone number and WhatsApp contact for live courier tracking notifications.
- Footwear size and silhouette preference.
We do not sell, rent, or monetize your contact information with any third-party advertisers or marketing data brokers.
2. Terms of Service & Ordering
By placing an order via our WhatsApp Atelier Concierge, you agree to the following terms:
- Pricing & Taxes: All stated prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable GST taxes.
- Shipping: Delivery charges are applicable as per your location. All deliveries are made through recognized national courier services with real-time tracking.
- Handcrafted Nature: Our footwear is crafted using natural full grain leather hides. Natural variations in grain, subtle shade nuances, and organic skin marks are the hallmark of genuine leather, not manufacturing defects.
3. Security & Payments
All order verifications and payment instructions are coordinated directly through our verified business WhatsApp line (+91 70129 96969) using secure UPI, net banking, or verified payment links. We never store credit or debit card details on our servers.
